Im not sure what to say. Ive only used them once and my case wasnt too difficult. Will definately try them again though. Everyone i spoke with were friendly and helpful.

Jeff was great, he was at our house on time and when promised. He didn't have the parts he needed when he arrived but located the parts that were needed, went and picked them up and then came back to our house within a half hour and fixed our evaporative cooler. It's nice to know that there are businesses out there that really believe in customer service and do great work! I would highly recommend them.
