We've lived here since July 2016 and I don't see us moving out anytime soon! The hardwood floors, brand new appliances, TWO pools, and a perfect workout room keep us satisfied! We have friendly neighbors and a 2 minute drive to Target...hard to beat this place! Also they give teachers discounts when you move in :)
We really love living at the Allister North Hills, and our apartment has truly become "home." The property is so well designed, and every Spring, I can't wait to see the gardens blossom. The staff & service is exceptional, and the amenities are top notch. Whether you are a family with children, a family with a pet, or a neighbor, everyone is polite and peaceful. And we are truly in the center of Raleigh with so much to do and have our privacy as well. Glad to call ANH home!
I just moved in October and I couldn't have been happier with where I chose to live. The staff was super accommodating to my quick move in date. Not to mention the place is dog friendly with a super convenient dog park as well. Also, everyone is super nice and are willing to help if there is any problems.
I moved into Allister North Hills apartments in October of 2015. I live in a two bedroom apartment with my roommate and I absolutely love it! We have such a perfect location with being so close to North Hills and only 10 minutes from downtown. Amenities, maintenance and events that Allister puts on makes it a great place to stay! I LOVE it here and it will be a sad day when I have to move out.
I love living here! This quiet location is perfect, right off of 440. North Hills Mall is in walking distance without having to live in the middle of the mall busyness. The apartments and amenities are very nice and well-kept and maintenance requests are resolved quickly. I highly recommend!
I have lived in Allister since May 2016 and I have loved every minute of it! My one bedroom apartment is beautiful as are the grounds and community areas. There are several resident events each month so it is easy to meet people. Everyone is very friendly. There are two pools that are always clean and well kept. I've only had one maintenance request and it was taken care of very quickly. The staff is very helpful and friendly. They are able to fix any issues promptly. The amenities are great.
