Patient for no less than 4 years. The Monthly appointments are ALWAYS rushed unless your lucky enough to get a fill-in Doctor. I have received at least 6 separate injections at the sergi center from Dr Gorski. Two resulting in a terrible experience. First she gave me the numbing needles and instantly the Med needles leaving NO time for the numbing needles to work resulting in pain for every injection.Next time I asked to be put to sleep, she knew I was still awake and stuck me before I was out.
Dr.Gorski is one of a kind. She really listen to her patients and doesn't rush her appointment. She took good care of my mom until my mom passed away. Thank you Dawn Correiro
Dr. Gorski is an excellent doctor. She is caring, compassionate and very informed. She cares deeply about her patients. Her staff are also wonderful.

My experience was not the best to say the least. Everything was very rushed. Which Is fine I realize things get busy in the Surgical center. I was just a number. I have had 2 injections prior to this one. It was a much different experience. The actual procedure went very wrong. I've never had such excruciating pain as I did during this rushed injection. I just heard over & over again bare with me I was rushed out of this facility within 10 minutes after the injection.
