1 Star is too much. If you are in search of a management company, stay away from this one. As a property manager myself I am so dissatisfied with their lack of service and communication. I may have a potential life threatening situation and they are only trying to push it back on the owner who is a member in good standing. I am amazed that they are in business. Just horrible.
This company has a law suite going on with serious accusations of Fraud it is public record, and one of the Managers is very vindictive towards residents that say anything he does not like to hear. As well he ignores serious issues always making excuses as it is nothing such mold, water leaking etc... very unhappy with services and lack of transparency, Also very unethical makes their own rules against the law, have no respect for laws or city ordinances, and does a lot without approval of board members as if they are the ow... read more
muy mala compania, llamas y te responden con actictud, no hacen nada de arreglos y los manteniminetos de mi conjunto "doral gardens" esta en pesima condiciones, cobran toda el dinero pero se lo quedan por que los arreglos no se ven... PESIMO PESIMO,
