My recent transaction involving a Broker Associate from this office did not go as smoothly as expected. Communication and coordination were more difficult than anticipated, which created delays and additional steps in the process. The matter ultimately required mediation to resolve the escrow, which added unexpected time and expense. This review reflects only my personal experience with the transaction.

Don't rent or buy from Marianne. I met with Marianne on a Wednesday to look at a home SHE owned and was renting out. I filled out the application that day, she called me on Thursday, the next day to say I was approved and she would be happy to have me live in HER home. We had a discussion of negotiation in which a meeting of the minds was met and she was having her broker write up a contract. On Saturday I get a TEXT from her saying her broker won't write up a contract because my credit is too low?!?! Which was a big fat lie... read more
