I came home to find water dripping from my ceiling in the laundry room, not a good sign! I placed a call to on of the owners of Alliance at 7:30 AM they had a technician to my home by 9:15. It wound up being a simple and inexpensive fix. The Tech Brent did a fantastic job and explained and even took photos of the work he completed.
Recently, my Brother had Alliance install a large single room Air Conditioner (closet installation revealing a 'single' air duct) that keeps their bedroom at 72 degrees on the hottest of days in the Valley! My wife and I sleep in the Master bedroom. The Sun shines on our side of the house all day. Soon, we will purchase the same set-up!
