RecommendedNever do today what you can put off till 2038... King of procrastination and I am long overdue with a review. On the Friday before Memorial day in 2011 my AC came up dead. Our heater went out, I made a call to Alliance Comfort Systems and within the hour Tim was there. Not only did he fix the problem he checked out the whole unit, educated us on some of the intricacies of the system. Tim is knowledgeable and very professional. He's my AC & heating guy. I strongly recommend Alliance Comfort Systems.
I bought my a/c unit from Alliance in May 2007. My 25 year old unit broke just when the temps were getting up to the high 100's. They were very fast and courteous, and I feel like I got a good deal. Back in around 2014 the compressor failed and it was under warranty. They pretty much replaced most of the parts at that time for just the service charge. It's been running like a champ ever since. I've had a few minor issues since then, and Alliance always provides the same fast, reliable service at a fair price.
Tim was awesome! Our AC finally died yesterday and Tim came out to fix it. Not only was Alliance the only company to answer our call and send a tech Tim was great! We paid approx $600 for a new relay and regulator cap - this seemed average based on some quick research and conferring with HVAC friends. I would recommend them all day!
Wow!!! From the phone call, to the experienced technician. An overall amazing experience with top notch service. Was given clear info on how and what was wrong with my unit and given clear instructions on how to maintain my unit for the long run. Perfect price point for the work done and I want to thank the Whole Alliance Team for a job well done!!! You guys rock!!!
Amazing service! Was told about 4 months ago that my system was going to go bad and I opted to roll the dice, well your tech was right and today it went out. The tech today realized I was strapped for cash and told me I probably wouldn't have trouble fixing this particular problem myself and he walked me through it. Everything working great now and I saved $800! I will definitely recommend this company to others!
Tim was great! He showed up on time and was highly professional. He explained what he would be doing and then gave me the results of his check (all was good). I appreciate his efforts to make sure my AC is ready for the summer.
