Dr. Ahmad Hamad is an excellent, caring doctor. He is the best of the best. Always accessible, he follows the recent developments in allergy and immunology, he interacts with other specialists treating you. Dr. Hamad spends as much time as needed to help you, no limits. His office is efficient, easy to reach, and very friendly. I am very, very fortunate to be his patient.
Ive called and spoken to an operator named Mike, on two different occasions and he is extremely rude and argumentative. Very unprofessional and unwelcoming. Made me uncomfortable. Thank god i have to be switching providers anyways!

I recently accompanied my friend to her appointment last week here, and while the nurses and doctor was amazing, the front desk lady was horrid. Very rude and short with my sister. People do not understand that the first person to represent a company matters a lot! This lady is not a good representation of this company at all. They should consider, strongly consider, replacing her with someone who has customer service and communication skills. I wouldn’t come here as a patient based off of the last upfront alone.
