I had a lovely visit today. The nurse who checked me in and did the allergy skin testing was so friendly and put me right at ease. And the Physician was very thorough. I would highly recommend!
the first time i went to allergy partners of vienna, it was an emergency and they saw me right away. I traveled two hours every time i went since I don’t have any allergists near me. i was so grateful for the help Dr. Hamad had provided me. however this office needs to work on their entire system and customer service. specifically, the receptionist and the additional people who didn’t followed up with me. no one seems to communicate at this location. Dr. Ahmad and the staff that help support him and the patients are 10/10. They listen, they’re compassionate and very thorough. I know my care is in good hands!
The staff is very friendly and helpful. The doctor explains well and answers questions. The doctor and nurses work well with child patients. Very clean and pleasant office and waiting room.
