I have my son here and I misplaced my ID. My son has been waiting on this appointment for almost a month. I explained to the receptionist that I have a copy on my phone can she please take that so my son can get seen. She was uncaring. They don't care here at all. I'm going to have to find another place to take my son a day off work for nothing.

My son had blood testing done and I was told they would call with results in about weeks time. I got the results on portal couple days later, called office and was told dr hasn't viewed them but would call me in a day or so. I called back left message after a week of not hearing anything. Called back following week left another message. Going on a month now and nobody has returned my calls regarding labs that came back with high allergies. The allergy shots work but more severe pain the higher up amounts nothing bad just getting to the closer to the maintenance amount the pain feels like an IV before MRI or drawing blood samples and can feel like propfol IV sedation going throw arm feeling but burn feeling without sedation hurt like hell to get the allergy shots but in the end every thing pays off the road to recovery starts here and less Allergys slight improvements you can tell it working it takes time in the end every thing pays off a lot less 100.5 fevers ... read more
