I have been coming here since I was a little kid, and I will continue to come here until I grow old! Dr. Saff is always patient and attentive, and the staff always makes sure you get all the information and resources you need every time you visit. Today I had a penicillin allergy testing with Nurse Amanda, and she let me know what to expect, ensured my comfort and well being, and was perfectly attentive every step of the way. This place is fantastic!
I have been Dr. Ronald Saff's patient long time ago. Recently I started having Allergy problems again. I had an appointment with Dr. Saff yesterday. I am impressed by nurse Heather's demeanor, Professionalism, and promptness. Of course the entire staff at Dr. Saff's office is friendly and truly accommodating. I highly recommend patient with Allergy and Asthma issues to go to Dr. Saff.
I highly recommend Dr. Saff and his staff (especially Amanda). They were kind and professional and made the process extremely easy.
Very attentive physician who spends extra time with you to make sure you understand. He also tries to save you money on RXS. His staff is efficient and friendly!
Dr. Staff really takes the time to learn about each individual patient and his/her specific needs. He is able to quickly assess your needs and provides immediate help to allergy issues. Additionally, Dr. Saff’s staff is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. The head nurse, Amanda Wilkes, could not have been more helpful. She is a first rate nurse.
Amanda W. was/is wonderful. Today was my second visit and I felt the attention I got was just as much as the first time I had an appointment. She is very thorough and answered all my questions. Those she couldn't answer she deferred me to Dr. Saff who is also wonderful.
My nurse AMANDA has shown so much personal concern for me at Allergy and Asthma Associates. Before I started Nucala (thanks to Dr. Saff and which has literally given me my life back), I was their worst asthma patient. When it got really bad, I went to Allergy and Asthma office rather than the emergency room because they took better care of me. Amanda was so comforting and yet so competent at the same time. Amanda, was extremely helpful and made sure to explain everything to me beforehand. I was very nervous but she made sure to keep asking me if I had any questions the along the way.
