This place is awesome. Anyone that has a bad review of this place needs to look at how they presented themselves to them and maybe it was them that caused the problem. The staff went well beyond what I ever expected to find out what was wrong with my son. The staff and Dr. were wonderful.
The office staff is lousy. The billing manager Bonnie Bussell hung up on me. She and the front office staff have poor communication sills and refused to provide needed information to me a new patient without a major attitude. They I had to pull every bit of information out of them regarding what was needed for a first appointment the they (two different people hung up on me).
