You guys were highly recommended when I was looking for a car however, I've had issues with professionalism from the time I bought the car. The "email" I received in the mail yesterday is taking unprofessional to another level. I also have doubts my car is in high demand since it's a 2012 and has almost 90,000 miles on it. I know of a handful of others that received the same thing in the mail yesterday.
Bought 3 oil change cards that had details on them. Went to use one today and they did a oil change and kept the card. Said the guy did not have the right to sale them. But would not give a refund or anything. Just took the card. I will never do business here. and hope no one else does. what a horrible company.
Christina King was a very helpful, no-pressure sales person, which is the kind of sales person I like. Everyone I had dealings with was very nice, professional and helpful. And, I got a new truck at a great price!
