I recently had some mechanical issues with my truck. I took it in for service. I was there for part of two days. I learned a bit about their service department while there. Every vehicle gets an inspection regardless of what brought you in. The inspection will reveal one or more issues. While I sat there in the waiting room I was surprised by the number of dirty air filters needed, batteries in need of replacement, tires with dangerous tread wear. This is what we call upsell in the car business.

I came in to get my oil changed and have been here for 2and half hrs they didn't tell me there were 3 people ahead of me or would have went some where else not sure will b going back again to get oil changed
