We took our Jeep in for an oil change. During the oil change they came and told us that our fog lights are malfunctioning and won’t turn on. I asked them why and they told me it would be $120 to diagnose the problem, mind you that’s just to diagnose, not including what it would cost to fix. I declined hoping that maybe it was a burnt fuse. As I get into the Jeep I turn on the fog lights and get out to check them, sure enough they work just fine. Allen Samuels’ technicians are crooks. Every single time I've brought my vehicle in for a warranty issue, either they "can't find anything wrong" with it OR, like today, haven't even touched my truck 7 hours after dropping it off for my 8:30 am scheduled appointment. I will NEVER purchase another vehicle from Allen Samuels just so I never have to deal with the insanely slow service. Only reason I gave it 2 stars is because even though they don't really seem to care, they're at least friendly while giving you the run around.
These fools told my sister to drive her truck home to Illinois that it would be fine. She broke down in kc and it cost her $1600.00 they should pay this .
Check engine light came on in my Jeep and got it scheduled to come in. In the meantime it decided it wasn't going to start so ended up there earlier than anticipated. Port was very nice and made sure they were able to work it into their already booked schedule that day! Yes I had to wait, but isn't that part of life? Everyone I encountered was polite and as helpful as they could be in the situation. I was up and running by the end of the day and I couldn't be more thrilled. You gained a new customer yesterday. I will return.
