We went to look at a truck, but it just wasn't the one. Instead of pushing us to buy the one we came to look at, they talked with us to get our spectrum of what we were looking for. Exact words were, "well, it doesn't sound like this is the truck you're looking for". They informed us they had the perfect truck for us and to come by the next day to take a look as the truck was not on the lot. Sure enough, they hit the nail on the head! I would not buy here again. I purchased a brand new truck in Oct 2018. it has the 84,000/84 month bumper to bumper warranty. The side rails that came on the truck are rusting and bubbling up under the chrome. I was just told they aren't covered under the warranty. What the heck does bumper to bumper mean?
so I just left Allen Samuels Dodge Chrysler Jeep ram of Hutchinson got my oil changed and car washed for an amazing price. the people the at work they're treated me as if I was an old friend. I appreciated being treated that way thanks guys they made me feel really really good about my decision to come there
Within the last 2 years, I’ve bought 3 vehicles from Allen Samuels DCJR in Hutch. Awesome people, they really try and do everything to make you satisfied. Today ( March 28,2020 ) they went above and beyond. I purchased a 2015 Challenger and I absolutely love this car. My salesman, Dave Sissler is the best. Thank you so much Allen Samuels
