Excellent virtual care! The provider was professional, attentive, and very helpful. The visit was convenient, and I received clear explanations and great care. Highly recommended!
Lost my labs, and I've been on hold for 16 minutes to try and find them. Found out the hard way that some of their "urgent care" facilities have neither an X-ray on premises or a phlebotomist. How are you an urgent care but don't have an x-ray?
If you have a child don’t bother, they don’t take anyone under 18. Complete waste of time.
Had the worst appointment experience of my life with Andrea Quijad. She was condescending, her bed side manner was lacking, and she was extremely late to my appointment. I would recommend seeking care elsewhere if your choice is her.
Although the staff is nice, the billing is an absolute nightmare, so it's not even worth it. They overcharged and double-charged my insurance for a single visit. They aren't up front about certain fees. I highly encourage people to look elsewhere.
