First time I came for an annual physical, the billing department screwed up and kept trying to charge me what insurance had already paid. It took months to get them to correct it. I came back this year because the doctor was good, but they’ve done the same thing with billing again and despite acknowledging receipt of proof that the visit was fully covered by insurance, they sent the bill to collections.
