Although the staff is nice, the billing is an absolute nightmare, so it's not even worth it. They overcharged and double-charged my insurance for a single visit. They aren't up front about certain fees. I highly encourage people to look elsewhere.

I presented for an annual physical and was billed twice, for two separate visits instead of one. I reported the error to the billing department and they always promised to provide an update on the case in 3-5 business days and NEVER got back with me. Months later, the issue has not been corrected. I continue to receive a bill for a visit that never occurred despite calling three times to get a resolution. First time I came for an annual physical, the billing department screwed up and kept trying to charge me what insurance had already paid. It took months to get them to correct it. I came back this year because the doctor was good, but they’ve done the same thing with billing again and despite acknowledging receipt of proof that the visit was fully covered by insurance, they sent the bill to collections. They were able to see me same day. I made my appt, arrived, and they called me back immediately. I was in and out in 15 minutes.
