Had the worst appointment experience of my life with Andrea Quijad. She was condescending, her bed side manner was lacking, and she was extremely late to my appointment. I would recommend seeking care elsewhere if your choice is her.

Although the staff is nice, the billing is an absolute nightmare, so it's not even worth it. They overcharged and double-charged my insurance for a single visit. They aren't up front about certain fees. I highly encourage people to look elsewhere.

I presented for an annual physical and was billed twice, for two separate visits instead of one. I reported the error to the billing department and they always promised to provide an update on the case in 3-5 business days and NEVER got back with me. Months later, the issue has not been corrected. I continue to receive a bill for a visit that never occurred despite calling three times to get a resolution.
