Allan was courteous, but unfortunately low-balled our BPO. He also made snide comments such as "You shouldn't be paying PMI" and "Call me before you add square footage to your home, you may decrease the value." Unfortunately, I had no say in the broker that my mortgage servicer sent to my home. Avoid if you are in the Raleigh market.
