Rude staff. When I arrived I was told they , no name, had talked to me toreschedule. Didnt happen and their number was not in my list of recents. They confirmed my number. The office manager then told me they had left a message. No messages in my phone. Then gave me a number not only not mine, but one I'd never had. Lie after lie, when they only had to admit a mistake. Plus I don't feel my needs count if they cannot be bothered to call more than once. I had to on my job.
Very focused
I have recommended several to Dr. Van Horn. He is very cordial and professional in his patient interaction and insures that patient conditions are explained in easily understood laymen terms and not Doctor language. Also, the office personnel are extremely helpful and personable.
