Explains everything. Had to wait 45 minutes but was worth the wait
I've visited Dr. VanHorn several times; he's knowledgeable, informative and trustworthy
excelant Dr ,freindly ,explain all related matters to the prblem and answer all the questions tyhe only problem is the waiting time I.E your appointment at 2:00 they call you to the check room @3:00 and the dr. will see you may be at 4:00
It went very well and he was excellent
Wait times in the office are very short. Dr. Van Horn is pleasant, respectful, and seems to be very knowledgeable. The practice is very busy, which may be a good sign, but makes it difficult to get timely appointments.
Good communications before and during procedure.
The wait time before being escorted to the exam room was a bit long. But, not extreme. The staff were friendly and cordial. Especially the nurse/doctor's aid who came in after my visit with Dr. VanHorn. She was exceptionally positive and caring as she set up my next visit. Dr. VanHorn is always upbeat and friendly. He takes the time to explain options and procedures in a simple terms. All in all, the visit to the brand new office was nice. I will be recommending Dr. VanHorn and the clinic to others.
I have been a patient of Dr Van Horn for about 3 years now. My family doctor recommended Van Horn when my PSA reading in my blood work was high. Dr Van Horn gave me all my options and I chose the radiation. It's been 3 years now and I see Dr Van Horn every 6 months and my PSA level is in check. I do recommend Dr Van Horn. I was told that he is the best doctor in the area.
He is always friendly and concerned. Takes time to ask questions and listen to your concerns
