Scheduled an appointment for two problems with our car that is still under warranty. The service manager Hudson Green wouldn't even take it in to look at it. This place is a joke. Worst service I've ever had from a dealership!!!

DONT USE THEM. I read the reviews and complaints about the service department and hoped they were isolated situations. Nope! I took my car in on Tuesday told they were hopeful to get to it the next afternoon but I figured by Thursday in reality. Called Thursday as no one called me and a different service guy said my car wldnt even be looked at most likely this week. Was disappointing and he offered no apologies or sympat. I hate what this dealership has done to my sister, Charlotte Tigner-White! They have given her the run around in the service department for months!!!! Never getting another Nissan here!!!!
