Horrible place ripped off my 20 year daughter today. She went in at 900 for a scheduled diagnostic to be done after already coming this past Saturday for the same thing and no one was there Saturday to do it.....anyway today she is told 99 for diagnostic and that will go towards repair. She is there 4 hours and she ends up getting new spark plugs and it cost 314 dollars. FOR SPARK PLUGS!!! For a 2006 sentra. They tell her the diagnostic is not included now. What the heck!! I've been having issues with my BRAND NEW SUV since I got it. I tell them when I bring it for service and they don't check/fix or note it in the report.
Worst Customer Service. Was lied to about my purchase. None of my phone calls or emails get returned.
Terrible customer service! Lied about the car I purchased being a certified preowned!! Ignored my phone calls! They say you have to pay extra for your car to be certified preowned which according to Nissan Motor Corporation is not true! This dealership and it's staff are liars!!!?
I have purchased three vehicles from All Star Nissan on Florida Blvd. I have gotten my vehicles serviced at that location the majority of the time since 2004 when I purchased my first Nissan vehicle. Imperial have a 2015 Pathfinder. I have been very pleased with the customer service there, that is why I continue going to All Star Nissan.
All Star has been great to deal with in servicing and purchasing new vehicles!
I received a recall notice and made an appointment, everyone was very nice in helping me out. The repairs were done in a timely manner. We were driven home in the shuttle and the driver was enjoyable. I will cocon tiny to take my vehicle to Nissan they were excellent.
Service staff were efficient and timely. Did what they said they would do in the time they said they would do it. I was very satisfied with my experience there.
Martin Haley is an awesome salesman and goes out his way to accommodate your needs!!!
