Instead of providing myself with what I asked for, the service rep was knit picky. Things that weren't obsolete at the time, the rep kept being the annoying messenger. I wanted what I was there for and wanted to be out for a certain timing. Instead my time was wasted.....

I went in for an oil change yesterday and I think I was out in 35 minutes. The service department is awesome!
People here are very nice! Every time a salesperson walks in the waiting room they all greet up with a good Morning or a how are y'all!!

Two month old nessan Titan XD with Cummings engine with DEF issues. Would not look at it or run diagnostics on it. Sell the truck but can't service them. Ain't that a crock of molarky!!!!!
