I arrived at All Star Nissan at 7:00 am without a scheduled appointment and the service manager immediately had his staff to look at my car. They diagnosed by issue and had my car repaired by 3:00 pm that same day. Instead of waiting at the dealership while the repairs were being done, All-Star courteous van brought me to work and picked up me up after the repairs were completed.
My experience here was great. I was replacing my vehicle that was lost due to the flood. Everyone I came into contact with knew my situation and was very kind and ready to help me. I explained my needs and was fitted with a vehicle right away. I was able to finish everything and drive off in my new car the same day! There was no pressure at all. It made me think of their commercial on the radio when the lady says, "All Star Nissan is open and we're ready to help!" Lol!
We have purchased 3 Altimas and brought my mother in law to purchase her vehicle over the last several years. Great dealership, easy to work with. Chauncey and Jarvis are the best, so personable and helpful!

Well I purchased a warranty for my 2013 Nissan Altima. The compressor goes out for my air and all you can tell me is a rock hit it but you can't show me where or how that's true... I've been without air in my car since Friday. How do I transport a 6 month old in this hot car over 100 degrees you have to be kidding me!!!
