Unhappy My experience with buying a car on the All Star Nissan?s lot came a couple of weeks ago. I called ahead to see if the car was there before coming because I saw it online. The person I spoke with said ?yes, it was there and to come look at it.? I came after work around 5:30pm and was greeted by Mr. Allen Hall. I told him about the car I was looking at online and he said, ?Let?s go get the keys so we could look at it?. Car Salesman My experience with the purchase of my 2017 Maxima was exceptional. Jeremy, car salesman, was very professional and courteous. I had no intention on leaving with a new car that day but the deal was so sweet between Jeremy and Ryan the purchase was complete within a few hours. I am completely satisfied.

Service advisor I always have a great experience whenever I service my vechile the service advisor Chad is always customer friendly and takes very good care of my vechile.

Wonderful Experience Viewed website Tuesday, very impressed with prices & available inventory. Walked in Wednesday around 4:00 pm, met salesman Donald Suir, walked around & compared SUV vehicles, met Donald again to test drive Santa Fe, & that was it. Only test drove one car- met Trey in accounting . In less that an hour it was a done deal. Returned Thursday to drive car home after meeting Donald again. With Julie 's help we again went over all the bells & whistles.

All Star Nissan Oil change and tire rotation was done in a timely manner. Brake pads needed replacing and an appointment was set up for the next morning. Brake pads got replaced and were due as my Pathfinder was approaching 70,000 miles. This is a well-respected dealership and does a good job in the service department.

Awesome Dealership! My wife and I drove over an hour to look at a used Buick Enclave they had taken on trade. The vehicle was meticulously detailed and in great condition. Gary Stark was a true professional and a great salesman. While this is a smaller lot, the customer service is the best I've ever had with a dealership. The other salespeople even interacted with us and our 19 month old son while we completed the transaction. Can't say enough great things about Watermark Nissan.
