terrible I called today to see if they could put a diagnostic on my 04 Nissan Frontier XE Truck. They told me yes just to bring it in, would not take long. Told the gentleman I was speaking to I would bring it in on my lunch break. Once there I was informed they would not do a diagnostic on it nor work on it beings it was over 10 years old. I have never heard of such a thing. I was willing to pay for a diagnostic and they refused to do it.

Great Sales Staff Poor Management Purchased a vehicle with them because my wife wanted a specific vehicle but they were the highest priced of all Nissan dealers in the area. Do you research on truecar.com or something similar first as you are guaranteed a better price. I do want to acknowledge the great job the salesman did to earn my business and did not reflect the overall great attitude of most of the staff. Best shopping experience ever! Just purchased my first new car from Bill Hood. They were very transparent and answered all of my questions. This was the first car buying experience that I have been had where I felt like I was part of their family. I definetly recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase.

2017 Nissan Altima I had my battery changed, at Nissan Visalia. I had to have it towed back a week later, because they didn’t clean the cables. The manager took it to the back to brush it off. I asked him if he brushed inside the cable, and he said “no I didn’t want to leave anything loose.

Great Salesperson Jade was the most helpful salesperson I have ever dealt with. She answered all our questions and explained in great detail the differences between the different trim packages we were looking at. We never felt pressured and she was an absolute delight to work with.

Great friendly service Told them what I was looking for and they found it at one of their other dealership. They called me when I got there and when I made it to the dealership I was in and out in no time. Very friendly staff. I will definatley be recommending them.

Customer Service Our sunroof exploded from hot weather on our New Nissan Sentra sedan over two months ago. We informed the dealership but have been getting the run around, no straight answers!The customer service at the Juban road location in Denham Springs has very poor customer service. Feel like once they sold us the car they abandoned us! A little advice, you might want to look elsewhere to buy a car.

2014 Hyundai Sonata. Do not buy a car from them. I haven’t had my car for 6 months and it’s already having a lot of problems. I will never buy another car from them again.
