Oil change Oil change took one hour with appointment. First appointment resulted in one hour plus wait and car was not serviced so I had to forego the oil change.

Recall Repairs Friendly service representive. They kept us informed of the progress of the repairs and of parts availability. They were very professional.

Jo Ann Payne This is my 5th Hyundai so you can see how pleased I am with Hyundai. The service is excellent but most of all I have had no serious problems with any of my vehicles. I could purchase most any car, but because of your warranty and service, I stick with Hyundai.

Time Constraints Scheduled an appointment to have a door handle replaced on my car. It took an hour to get someone to give a response even with an appointment. It always takes way too long for service. When I come in with an appointment, I expect to be seen at that time. I usually am pushed for time and don;t have extra time to spare. They usually do a good job on service but the wait time is too long.

Car being serviced at All Star Hyundai. Repairs to my vehicle were made in a timely manner. I had to have my radiator replaced. The repairs were completed in a few hours.

Great service and clean facility. They changed the oil in my car and rotated the tires in a very timely manner. My car was returned to me freshly washed and I highly recommend this dealership and their service department.
