Great experience I had a wonderful experience, I came in for an oil change. But I had a recall on my car that I had forgotten about and I was told that was taken care of as well. It was just a delightful experience and this is why I only bring my car to Hyundai for service..

Consistent professional, and timely service. All Star has provided oil change services for me on two occasions. Each time personnel have been courteous, professional, and completed work in a timely manner.

B. Jacobs Too pushy to try to get you to buy car the 1st time. When I had repairs done at the Chevrolet dealership I had to wait for 2 weeks. Ashley Caperville was good at keeping me informed. I drove it home when finished. Light said low pressure in tire. I didn't think much of it till next morning when I drove it to a friends house and it registered 19. Called AAA and they put air in tire. We found a screw in the tire. Went back to Chevrolet center and they said it wasn't their fault. Upshot was I had to buy a new tire. We... read more

the worst facility bad hospitality, service advisers do not answer the phone, did not fix the car even after the third visit. technically they are not good. they just good in oil change

Service department is awesome Mary is definitely the one to deal with in the Service Department. Always friendly, always on top of her game. I will ask for her by name everytime I go in.

My recent service visit I took my Hyundai Tucson in for its first service EVER (after four years) because the lifts on the back hatch had failed. The service department is bright, clean and very professional. They were able to take me and pick me up from work so I did not have to try to find rides. They did an oil change and rotated the tires as well. No one wants to have to service their car, but I know that if/when I ever have to again, I will have no hesitation in coming back to All Stary Hyundai. And though I did not pur... read more

The Best service!!! Had a bad tire.I was unble to inflate.All Star Hundai picked the car up after putting the spare in place and replaced the tire and did maintenance work at the same time!!Great service
