Poor after sale sevice If you have a problem get it fixed before you buy a vehicle. The moment you walk out the door and they have your money you're not their problem. I bought a 2015 Ecoboost Premium Mustang and aside from other things I've noticed since purchasing it, it had no floor mats in it. I have the 50-year appearance package that specifically states I get "50th anniversary flr mats". Well, one I.O.U. (Signed by Jim Hebert my salesman, day of purchase), scanned fax of IOU and car sticker (to prove to the parts guy I... read more
