Service experience - All Star Ford, Denham Springs I went in for an oil change. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The waiting room was clean and quite so that I could do some work while I waited.

body shop had my 2015 dodge truck in the body shop the first time when it was schedule to be repaired went to car rental then to the bodyshop and dropped it off. 10 days later the ins. called me to pick up my truck and turn in my rental cause the truck was still where I left it untouched,cause they said they couldn't get to it. the second time they held my truck hostage because the ins. wouldn't pay what they wanted for painting I had to pay 229.00 dollars extra so would start working on it then my rental ran out and put me ... read more
