I would not recommend this place. They do not care about your animals. Their only care is for the money
Speaking from PERSONAL EXPERIENCE I would not recommend this place, they care more about money than the well-being of animals. Also, I am absolutely disgusted at the lack of professionalism from whatever employee(s) runs their social media. Regardless of the situation... when responding to a review from someone who recently lost their pet due to the negligence of your staff, you should AT THE VERY LEAST remain respectful and professional... or you shouldn’t respond at all. Do better...
Y’all are a Disgrace to veterinarians and vet techs that actually love and care for animals! SHARON LET A DOG DIE LAST NIGHT BECAUSE THEY HAD JUST OPENED. THIS DOG WAS SWOLLEN FROM TIP TO TIP BARELY BREATHING AND THEY DIDNT EVEN DO A DOUBLE TAKE. THIS POOR DOG WAS BEING RUSHED BY HIS MAMA TO ANOTHER ER AND PASSED AWAY IN THE CAR. a friend of mine lost her beloved pup last night due to a "professional" at this location worrying about her slammed door (which can easily be fixed but I dont believe she broke your door) and a beloved pet CANNOT BE REPLACED. Please get some better help that actually care about the well being of animals rather than just the paycheck. I will most definitely NOT reccomend this place to anyone and will send them elsewhere if they ask of a place for animal care. Murderers is all you are! You call yourselves professional? If you turn away animals and they die on the way to another clinic that is not very professional. I bet if another staff member took their pet there the staff would drop what they are doing to help, but not for a friend of mine. They let her baby die and ran their mouths unprofessionally when she was so distraught with fear for her baby's life. Y'all should be closed down!
When there is a life or death emergency maybe you should treat the patient (animal) when you open your doors instead of not “starting” to take patients an hour after opening. Sad. The dog died.
I cannot believe the lack of passion. This is where animals go to die, not for medical care. 😔
