My wife read to me all the posts and the response to the ladies review. I would have thrown hands with everyone working there had it been our babies!
After seeing what happened last night I have decided to comment about this awful place. About 5 years ago we had to put a sick pup down because treatment was going to be 5 grand minimum for one night and it would have to be paid up front for less than a 50% chance of survival. I understand that places need to get paid, but price gouging and being inconsiderate to people who are bringing essentially their children to your place of business is not a good way to run your business.
