Unprofessional!!!! Why does their Facebook page say “always open” when they’re not!!! A sweet puppy dog died last night because they didn’t take action to help him. Only seemed to be worried about the money even before they assessed him!

called for help and since I'm unemployed and broke they basically told me to watch my dog starve to death. They require payment upfront.
I took my very sick 10 yr old Maltese in to All Paws. In my heart I knew she wasn’t going to make it. Dr. Anthony and Cheyenne did all they could to save my girl. Unfortunately it wasn’t meant to be and I had to let her go. They were so kind and compassionate during a horrible time. It’s been a week and I received a letter of condolence from the staff. That’s going above and beyond!
My daughter could not afford the treatment for her dog and ask the vet to call in the prescriptions at the local pharmacy. They refused to do this unless we paid $15 per prescription. They could care less that the dog is suffering and in pain. I would not recommend this Emergency vet and will never use there service.
I couldnt be more thankful to having my baby home with me. If it wasnt for the quick response & help, I might not have my baby laying besides me. My stepdaughter called ahead letting them know my situation, from the time of walking in to leaving with my baby a few hours later. I was treated with pure kindness. no pet parent should be taken advantage of. this company profits from the customers pain. they take advantage and charge an insanely ridiculous sum for treatment. 400.00 for antibiotics!?! $800.00 for 5 stitches come on now....
Our 1 yr old scottie was bitten by a copperhead around 11:15 p.m. on a Saturday night. We got to the vet around 10 mins before midnight. He received the best of care quickly. Dr. Anthony and Cheyenne were very nice and explained everything. Considering the time he was there and the therapies and meds administered, I found the price very reasonable. I would not hesitate to take any pet there. They will be in great hands.
