I was very pleased with the way all options were explained to me, along with associated costs, concerning my new cat with a urinary blockage. I felt like they cared about him and were not pressuring me into doing anything. They explained their protocol for how this was handled, what it entailed, and advised about what sort of future care he would need. thank you.
I took Misty here a couple of weeks ago. She had a UTI, (possibly passed a stone) Dr. Anthony & staff were wonderful, caring & attentive. Misty's doing well now. 😊 Thank you, Dr. Anthony & staff! 💖💖🐾🐾
Our 7 month old puppy got hit by a car. He was a boxer. We took him there because he was suffering after being sent home by another vet. He had a broken pelvis. They were so sweet to us and so kind. We decided to have him euthanized due to the severity of his injuries. They let us be with him and allowed us to take all the time we needed. When we went to pick up his ashes, they once again were so kind. I would definitely recommend them to anyone with pets.
I cannot thank the staff here enough for the way the helped us with our boy. He stayed over a weekend receiving treatment as we tried to save his life. They kept us well informed of any changes and we were able to call at any time of day or night to get an update. Even though our boy unfortunately did not make it I appreciate so much the kindness that both he and we received. It was good to know that he was receiving love and hugs while he could not be with us too. Thank you for all that you did for him and for us.
Pretty affordable for an emergency vet, service was quick and staff was very friendly!
We had a sick puppy on July 4th and we had wonderful service. The staff was excellent. They had our pup in surgery and on the road to healing in no time.
I took my dog there yesterday under emergency circumstance. No one was up front. After about two minutes, I called for help. A woman came from the back saying very irritated, "I'm coming". She was rude and cruel. I was panicked. I asked her to be patient as I was terrified my dog was dying in my arms. She continued being rude and cruel. NO COMPASSION at al. I begged her for help.
