I’m really disappointed at the lack of compassion for grieving fur parents and the childish behavior that’s being encouraged by a so called professional. Take your pets somewhere else!

Caring, compassionate veterinarian. All emergency medical is expensive, but so valuable to have available when needed. It seems that many feel like vets should shoulder the cost of care and not just provide it. I appreciate all their hard work!
Being an ER vet is one of the hardest jobs out there. Kudos to All Paws for being so good at what they do. To all of you commenting about how the clinic expects to be paid for services--well, yes. They are a business, with expenses, including paying their staff, who are members of your community. Owning a pet is a privilege not a right. Taking care of that pet costs money, even in an emergency. Be kind to your vet, and know that there are at least two sides to every story.
Not a professional office or vet. Very poorly ran. Needs to be shut down or bought out by a vet that shows care and compassion to animals and their parents.
