I was happy with everything, until I found, I didn’t receive my confirmation in 2 hrs as I was told. And that the doctor was gone for the weekend and there was nothing I could do to receive my prescription. This is a update I still haven’t gotten approved by the state, I was misinformed about state requirements, I was told to upload my lease, bank statement, and insurance because my id didn’t show my current address. Avoid these guys just here for the money. The receptionist has 0 customers service skills. Other places offer renewals for 119$ they charge 199$ hope this saves some people from the pain of listening to that receptionist.
Absolutely wonderful staff. I had so many questions first time I went. The were very nice and informative. I have been using them for couple years now and no issue at all. Definitely recommend to everyone that needs it.
