It was nervous for me but the staff are great meeting everyone involved with my son procedure. Very friendly , professional, understanding kids view. And how to talk to them . I felt better after they explain everything to me and letting me know up to date . Thanks for giving up great experience at your center.
My 4 year old needed a lot of work done. The staff went out of their way to make her and me feel comfortable. They listened to my concerns and avoided putting silver caps on her top front teeth. Everyone was great and my daughter loved it.
My 7 year old son had some major work to be done and was feeling apprehensive. The staff here was amazing with him from start to finish. We had quite a wait but the bedside manner of the staff made up for the wait time, it's a surgery center...we understand that setbacks happen. They took the time to make sure he was comfortable and I was aware of everything that would happen, which eased my mind too. They went out of their way to make our experience smooth and ease our fears. Thank you!
