Very friendly and excellent service
Went in today with my son, my appointment was set for 930am, almost 11am and I ask how much longer we will be there, the lady says there is still two patients in front of us. Then proceeded to call me a racist all because I made a comment about them scheduling too many people at one time. So ridiculous, please get more organized and hire someone new in the front! Thank you!! I walked out today!
Appointment was at 9 am it is now 11 am
RecommendedI can’t say enough about how awesome the Dr’s and support staff are at this facility. Our dentist referred us as my 5yr old needed to have two baby teeth extracted and spacers inserted. As a parent I can’t stress enough how much it literally terrified me to think of the procedure. my son had 7 teeth pulled and 1 crown today. From the receptionist to the lady in recovery and everyone between was EXTREMELY helpful. and explained in detail what they were doing. also made my son as comfortable as possible. 10☆ for them
The staff @ this office are true professionals!! Our granddaughter had to have oral surgery yesterday and I was amazed at the care they treated our granddaughter with. Thanks All kids dental
Today I took my son to All Kid Dental. Dr. Thomas was the dentist that he had. I never in my life felt so much anger. She threatened to stop treating my son because i wanted to take a look at him to know he was okay. Unprofessional and uncaring. If thats how she acted with me present i dont want to imagine how they are with the children when no parent there. Find options before u have this Dr work on your kids.
The Dentist, DR. Thomas was rude and threatened to stop treatment if I wouldnt leave. I just wanted to make sure my baby was okay. They seem like they rush everything. My appointment was for 930 but didnt get called back till 1230. If my babies tooth didnt hurt i would of just left. Find some options cuz if i could of avoided coming here i would of.
I am so impressed by All Kids Dental Surgery Center. I took my son who has Autism/ ADHD there yesterday. From the check to the check out, they were top notch! Nurse Jason was truly a GEM, he quickly started engaging with my son talking about Legos creating a relationship with him. Making his transition to the back much easier for him.
