REFUND IF THE CUSTOMER IS NOT HAPPY
I had my carpet cleaned last week, yet did a terrible job and I have been trying to contact them ever since. Today I finally got in touch with a “supervisor” The supervisor had the nerve to tell me I’m outside of the refund window. I never asked for a refund, I simply wanted them to come back out.. I have been contacting these people ever since. I plan on complaining about this service for a long time. This was a total ripoff and the technician was a very nice guy I live I. Mount Vernon NY
THIS IS A SCAM AND THEY ARE USELESS. DO NOT USE THEM. They 'cleaned' 2 rooms on a Thursday morning and as of Saturday, the carpets are still wet and now I have mildew. If I have to replace my carpets, I will certainly make them pay for it. The tech who showed up on Friday @ 6pm was very angry with me and he was upset WITH ME that the carpets HE cleaned were still wet. He called his 'boss' 3 times in a 5 minute time span and I couldn't understand a word he said as he was speaking in a different language. He then started using... read more
RecommendedAfter reading the reviews I decided to call this company they explained pricing and what the job involves. They just left my home and I was very happy with them!!! they cleaned 3 rooms for me very courteous and professional. I would highly recommend them and will be using them in the future. Thanks for a job well done!
This company just came out. Never even said hello to me. Walked in my house with his muddy shoes. I had to ask him to take them off. He smelled of smoke. Looks at my couch and tells me if I want any stains or anything removed it’s going to be more. Complete scam. They quote you one price on the phone and then change it when they get in your home.
