This place came to the apartment I was moving out of. I was told it would be $29 per room and $2 per stairs. I had 3 rooms and 20 stairs I needed cleaned. Well, the guy shows up and now all of a sudden it’s $500. I HAD to get them cleaned that day since I was leaving. I honestly cried. I just moved. This is a horrible company they quote you one price and when they come home they quote u another higher price . And they spend like 15 mins and don’t clean thoroughly and it’s mobile equipment . They say steam Clean there is no steam and no cleaning , I read some positive reviews on the website and went to them when I called them about complaining they said their manager quit the job and no one to address the issue. Very deceptive company -- they will quote you a low price for carpet cleaning ($99) then when the technician arrives, he tells you that to use a carpet cleaning solution, it will cost $650 (for 2 medium rooms and a hallway). Quite the bait and switch ):
Place is horrible do not go with this place!!!! They said they would be there between 4-6 I call 430 to make sure everything was still going as planned they said YES and that they will call 30 min before arrival . I move all my furniture just to get a call stating they can't make it and if I'd like to reschedule. After fucking me over all they have to say is sorry they do not offer any sort of discount for my inconvenience. STAY AWAY FROM THIS CO! they do a lousy job, quote you a price that doubles or triples when they show up to your house. Had awful experience and my carpets look like they were never cleaned! Crew had audacity to ask for a tip! They send fast talking guy who tries to get almost 4 times the quote! WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!
TERRIBLE SERVICE! Don't even bother. They will misquote you on the amount of time it takes to clean your rugs, then not return your calls on the whereabouts of your rugs or delivery date. And I'm not sure what was going on with their employees, but technician went missing and my rug whereabouts were in question. I was quoted a 2 week turnaround time and it's been 6 weeks. For the inconvenience, they will only take $25 off the final bill.
