How to improve? Stop stealing and examine the work completed versus bid. These reviews are shameful. It would take 10 minutes to figure out that their customer was ripped off, that only a small portion of the ceiling and wall was actually removed. No receipts for disposal which was said to have cost $1500, no number of people working or their rates, etc. It's very simple and they are giving a bad name to company which reaches beyond just SF.

SCAM. We spilled a cup of coffee on our rug and paid this company $350 to clean it. The first day they came, we noted that the stain was still there, and the serviceman told us we needed to wait for it to "dry." When the stain was worse, we called him back to finish the job. When he said he was done the second time, I told him that I still saw the stain. He said if it was still there after the weekend (it was a Friday), he'd return Monday to complete the job. I used this company to have my carpet clean and the services were horrible! I will never use this company against for services. I reached out to the manager and was told that basic steam carpet cleaning doesn't guarantee removal of stains. This is total BS! I've had my carpet cleaned professionally for over 8 years, and even with basic steam cleaning, the LIGHT stains are removed and the carpet looks brand new. This company is a scam. Show up for an appointment. They scheduled a 2-4 appt. On Saturday. Confirmed with Michelle at 3:15 that someone would be here shortly. At 5:00, I was told they don't work on Saturdays. Freaking joke. An nothing but liars. Do not even bother with this unreal company.

These guys are crooks! They quoted me $149 to clean out our dryer duct, but in a classic bait and switch, upped the price to $300 when he came out to do the job. I refused the service but he insisted that the entire 12 foot duct was completely blocked and for safety sake it should be cleaned out. We agreed to $200. When he finished there was no evidence of blockage. At best there was a fistful of quarter sized pieces of lint. Please don't use these guys!

they said one price to steam n deodorize, 69.00 but upon arrival said 300 to 500 to get one fam room cleaned I said n , said if I pay 60.00 more he would put shampoo, the carpet was wet n dirty when he left. Not happy with this company they are a scam.

This place absolutely suck. Do not use them. They promise one thing and you get nothing in return. After waiting for my appointment patiently and never receiving a phone call. I decided to call them to be lied to and hung up on and when I called again was told they can’t get a hold of technicians so we will reschedule for tomorrow. As my house is in a shambles with furniture all over the place. Very unreliable and very disconcerting how they run this business. Do not use them if you don’t want a very bad day.
