So disappointed in the service and cleaning of my rug. First they up sold me for a deep clean and then told me it would be done in 10 business days. It took me many calls to the company to find out the status of the carpet and when it would be ready, 10 days turned into a month and the carpet looks yellow and needs to be vacuumed. Pay way too much for a cleaning of a 6 X 9 rug.
Not only did your men try to charge me more when I got here (which I cooperated with because I didn't know better at the time), their job felt way too fast and rushed it took only 30 mins. They aggressively slammed their equipment up my brand new hardwood stairs. Scratched my floors, left a muddy mess in my loft, and damaged my walls. They didnt clean my carpet at all. Major rip off. Terrible humans that take 3 weeks cleaning a rug then bring it back the same. You pay beforehand which I felt was odd, but thats how they screw you over. Dont use them ever. Hard to get a hold off and the delivery driver kept asking me so many private questions asking if i live alone and if i’m home a lot.
I Googled "Carpet Cleaners Campbell" (where i live) and their website was one of the top search results. I clicked and saw that they had "5 star reviews" (on their website), and had the BBB accredited logo and Angie's list on their home page. I also saw they were available 24/7 and, since it was Thanksgiving week, called for an appointment the day after Thanksgiving. Terrible service they charge too much and they told me stains will go away about %40 but it did not!
BAMBOOZLED! They completely ruined my rug, all the colors bleed , and stray dye marks were found after it was returned. I attempted to complain, but they were dismissive saying it was like that when they picked it up, even after I showed them before and after photos. They offered to clean it again for double the cost of what they charged to begin with which I declined. Completely shady scam.
