they cold call incessantly. bad business! I've recieved non stop calls from them, and have tries to get them to remove me multiple times.
Worst customer service ever. Left so much water in the carpets it still hasn't dried 24 hours later. Didn't call when they passed our appointment time. "Technician" showed up in his own car with a cleaner I could have rented at the supermarket. Tried to sell us more services. Dumped the dirty water in our toilet leaving a mess. We are still trying to dry wet spots with fans.
RecommendedMy company used them to clean very busy editing suite carpets and they did a great job!
The calls with spoofed numbers are aggravating and illegal
This company is located nationally, but I think are privately owned. They sent a contractor to my house who charged me more than quoted. He also gave himself a tip without my knowing. He left my walls dirty from his machine. when I complained to the number that I booked the appt., I was told I would get a $20 refund. That was a month ago. BE CAREFUL!!!!
Don't use rob-call to improperly call Massachusetts residents who are on the do-not call list.
9:30pm on a Sunday evening, and I get a robo call from All Green Carpet Clean. That is absolutely unacceptable. This is notice that I have officially filed a complaint with the FTC
Use a robo calling service to numbers on Do Not Call List. Multiple calls despite asking politely to be removed. The ratings speak for themselves. Stay away as their approach to cleaning appears to be as unethical as their customer acquisition strategy
