Absolutely highly recommend All Good Real Estate. I worked with Phyllis and she was amazing from the start! She was extremely thorough with the entire process and is a very good negotiator. Phyllis negotiated all of my closing cost covered, plus enough for a rate buy down. As well as negotiating all of my appliances and blinds to be included in my deal. She was very friendly and made sure I loved my new home and got the best deal possible!
