I ordered a part from them on a friday and said I would have it by Wedneday the next week and it is Thursday and they haven`t even shipped it, so I am still broke down!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
They don’t send you a new ECM they send me a used ECM and broken also. If you try calling them the only thing you’ll get is a answer machine telling you to do everything online. Online they took 1 week to give me a RMA# for the return. And now it’s being 3 weeks & 3 days since they receive the ECM back. They said it takes 4-6 business days but is being more then that. PLEASE DON’T make the same mistake I did. They won’t pay you back or answer your emails.
I bought a unit from all computer resources and it did not work. I called customer service but they are unreachable. Returned my unit for another (50 dollar shipping) and got a new unit. (or the old one repackaged) and guess what? Did not work. Asked for a refund and nope out of the LIFETIME Warranty period. Stay Away!
