This place is a scam. My part was defective within 3 months, and their response was to let them test it. They emailed me this: "If we conclude our tests and there are no issues found with the module, there will be a $50 test fee applied. 9 of 10 units returned for warranty are found to be in 100% working condition which is a result of misdiagnoses." I ordered a part and they said 2-3 business day turnaround. After 7 business days (9 calendar days) I asked them what's up. They said they were shipping the part the next day. It was a trick, because after that comes the weekend. They didn't ship it, and I have to wait until Monday to follow up now. I think they are trying to delay as long as they can in order to get certain guarantees or warranties to expire? Look on BBB and Yelp, and google reviews. Everyone is getting wrong or malfunctioning parts.

I am pleading with anyone that sees this post. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. Go with FS1 computers instead. I returned a PCM and I am still waiting on my refund. I have sent 3 different emails still no response, because you can not talk to anyone only phone prompts, then referred back to website. TRUST ME LOOK ELSEWHERE FOR YOUR PART.

We are ASE certified shop and we ordered an ECU for a 2004 GMC Yukon from this company. I gave them the VIN #. We installed the ECU and spent 30 minutes on a pass lock Key Relearn. The vehicle still doesn't start and we scanned the refurbished ECU. We found out the ECU we received is the wrong VIN and its for a 2004 Chevy Avalanche. I can't get a hold of the tech department. This company has terrible customer service. Their advertising is also very deceptive.. I purchased a repair service from them through Ebay Motors. It claimed that they would save me reprogramming of the module. When all was said and done I could have had a new part installed and programmed for about the same price as it ended up costing me.

These guys are terrible. If you get a SKIM delete there is a good chance it will not work. I was persistently told it was my vehicle that was the problem even though this was advertised for my vehicle as am alternative to the SKIM module. Also never received a refund for my purchase after returning it. If you are only reading reviews here...look at other sites. Wouldn't be surprised if they write some of these to boost their rating somewhere. Look elsewhere.

purchased a ecm for my 2005 Cadillac cts about 18 months ago. It fried last week and all I have gotten from their service department is a run around. Finally the told me If I sent the unit to them they would inspect if if their was nothing wrong they would charge me 50$ to check out the unit. They can GTH I am purchasing a unit from flagship one like I should have done in the first place. Don't do business with them. They will rip you off.
