Just beware. Bought an ECU For Honda Civic. Received the part. Shop installed it and did not work right from the start. Put my old one in that has some start up issues and the car started right up. Asked for a return and credit. I'm currently fighting this because they didn't credit me the full amount citing it's special order? If I send someone a faulty product I credit them the full amount. Don't use this company. I'll find a working product elsewhere
This company is a complete SHAM. They take your money and you never receive the product. These other reviews must be paid for because we've had such a HORRENDOUS EXPERIENCE. TWO WEEKs after taking the money we still hadnt receved the product; called and was told they were not able to successfully program a PCM for our vehicle but, and here's the kicker: they'll send us one to take to a shop and have it done. They sent me a bad ECM. I returned the unit to them. No refund, no contact, no support. You can call them for sales support but they differ to customer support for anything else. Imagine if they gave as much effort to product support as they give to trying to recover from internet and BBB complaints with bogus "please contact me at..." responses. Real crooks
Beware, ordered a computer got the email it was through testing and in shipping and I would get an email with tracking. A week later no tracking so I called they apologize and said it was in shipping and would get it out next day shipping, next day no tracking number so I called again was then told it fair test and they had to program another one. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. THEY DON'T CALL YOU BACK AND THEY ARE A SCAM. REPORT THEM TO THE BETTER BUSSINESS BUREAU AND MAYBE THEY WILL GET THERE ACT TOGETHER AND STOP RIPPING PEOPLE OFF OR GO OUT OF BUSSINESS. Horrible customer service. will not respond text messages. purchased ficm for 6.0 was told it had a life time warranty, it failed. had to return it for them to evaluate. with understanding that if they found nothing wrong, I would be charged $50.00. after I had to pay for return shipping. 10 working days later part was returned, no communication at all. hooked it up drove vehicle 30 miles and everything is the same as before part was returned. Horrible customer service and a complete ripoff they sent me a blank computer when I contacted them the looked up my info admitted a guy that does not work there anymore sent me a blank computer and would not honor the repair or programming of the computer WARNING DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Find another company DO not fall for the prices you will get screwed.
This place is a scam. My part was defective within 3 months, and their response was to let them test it. They emailed me this: "If we conclude our tests and there are no issues found with the module, there will be a $50 test fee applied. 9 of 10 units returned for warranty are found to be in 100% working condition which is a result of misdiagnoses." I ordered a part and they said 2-3 business day turnaround. After 7 business days (9 calendar days) I asked them what's up. They said they were shipping the part the next day. It was a trick, because after that comes the weekend. They didn't ship it, and I have to wait until Monday to follow up now. I think they are trying to delay as long as they can in order to get certain guarantees or warranties to expire? Look on BBB and Yelp, and google reviews. Everyone is getting wrong or malfunctioning parts.
