Paula is absolutely the best. She was so helpful from beginning to end. This place is so clean and nice and well built. This was the best self-storage company I have ever used. Highly recommend and you will not be disappointed.
We had a wonderful experience using All-American Self Storage in Birmingham! Ms. Paula in the front office was always helpful and so kind! The facility was clean and easily accessible. We would definitely use them again in the future!
We rented over the past few months a storage unit at your Trussville Location. My wife and I so appreciate Paula Hilley for outstanding consumer service. She is a second miler in taking care of of folks. The Unit and building is always clean and well secured. I would recommend to anyone All American Self Storage in Trussville you will be well please.
I have never dealt w/ any kind of Storage Business until today. I first place I called was American Storage in Trussville. The most friendly lady by the name of Ms.Paula. The way she used her professional manners and obviously genuinely concern for others amazed me. I met her an hour and a half later and wow!!!! Impressive. She's the exact same in person as she was on the phone. I'm one happy camper. Here's a shout out to one wonderful lady, Ms Paula!! Thank you much!!! Andrew
