If yall loved the sweet office lady at Tellus self storage, Mrs. Paula, then I highly recommend you rent at All American because that's where she went! It's so nice to pay for a bigger unit for less than Tellus and still see Mrs. Paula wave at you when you leave and get there. It's got 3 floors of nice, AC cools units and 2 very nice elevators. And FUNCTIONING BATHROOMS (unlike tellus) 10/10 storage place and office lady.
Amazing facility. Clean, spacious & great prices. Paula is fantastic and treats customers like her family! Very Thankful for her!
Paula at All American Storage in Trussville, Alabama is awesome. She’s very knowledgeable about any information you need to know about getting a storage unit. She’s great with the customers and has awesome customer service skills. It’s a joy to see her at work every time I stop by my storage unit. The building is indoors climate controlled and very clean. There’s never a mess. If somethings wrong it is quickly fixed or repaired or resolved with an answer.
If you want a clean storage space,then this is your placewonderful staff! I recommend this place for your storage needs.
Very satisfied with this storage facility. They have a friendly staff and a great location. Easy access from interstate or from Trussville area.
