Update: Corporate called and got involved. Excellent customer service compared to their third party account call center. I will have to say that the person I talked to at corporate understands that everything is not black and white, and they actually do care about their customers. Changing my review happily. Previous: Had to update bank card and a auto withdraw on a gym membership is the last thing you think about. My last auto payment was on 7/17 for $21.66, now on 8/31 my bill is $119.99.
I use 10Gym for water aerobics and love it. I work out harder, and enjoy the friendships I have made with the people there. We continue to grow as more people can't run anymore and their doctor's tell them to do water aerobics. I only know of two places in town who offer water aerobics, and I am thankful 10Gym does. It is my favorite way to exercise. Come join the fun!!
The showers in the woman's dressing room are disgusting. Mold and mildew everywhere including on the soap dispenser. I was afraid to shave my legs if I knick myself I might get an infection. I work full time and have 6 kids. 4 are currently in sports. The only way I can keep up with my fitness is going after dropping off the kids before heading to work. I love 10gym and my trainer Jimmie is super great. He has helped me so much. Everyone there is very friendly. I go 3 times a week
