Other than the bikes being down last week, this gym is slowly becoming a home for me. After playing derby for a year or so, I had to quit due to an injury. Which also meant no more intense workouts. I've had my membership over a year and just now started going two to three times a week. I love having the option of going to a fitness class. The pool and sauna areas are always clean.
We love 10gym, we enjoy the personal trainers you can get, and we really love the water Aerobic instructors they are great ladies and we all have a great time lots of laughs, all while getting in a great work out.
I love the water aerobics! So fun and very accepting of my inability to keep a beat. :)
