Great boot camp classes Dianna is the best, girl knows how to work you. We need more AM classes though I hope they can find a replacement soon for Tues & Fri mornings.
I like the gym, most machines are good to work out on, theirs are alot of treadmills to exercise on. I like the sauna too.
I have been going 4 to 6 times per week for over 2 1/2 years. With the help of my trainer, I have learned to correctly workout with weight and cardio machines, which I love. There was no class due to the holiday! Other than that my workout wasn't what it needed to be. I'm still adjusting.
